Testimonials
“As a busy clinician, I was amazed and surprised how the course gave me some simple tools to be mindful and more aware and reflective of my state of mind. The sessions were great, being practical and hands on to help us learn and start our journey into mindfulness. The facilitator was wonderful and very talented to give us the space to understand the process. It was possible to do the practical mindfulness exercises during work hours and was easy to fit into my busy schedule.”

Dr Lucy Kilshaw, Director of Postgraduate Medical Education

“We often work so hard, forgetting to stop and process our own feelings, and think about how what we do affects us as health care providers. The course made me more considerate of myself, my patients and my colleagues, I would highly recommend it for anybody who works in a busy environment and provides direct patient care.”

Jane Hodgson, Clinical Specialist for Delirium and Dementia

“No matter what you may or may not know about mindfulness and mindfulness-based practices such as compassion training, I cannot imagine you would regret participating in this course. It has the potential to really change your life for the better.”

Shannon Clarke, Clinical Psychologist
